We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Personnel (Bricks)
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Office Presence: Once a week
Product: Interlocking Bricks
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Establishing new business.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Reviewing sales performance.
- Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification.
- 5+ years experience in a full-time sales role for a business, preferably experience selling in a brick producing company or real estate industry.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Resilience.
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Commercial awareness.
- Professional, Organized, and Well-presented at all times.
- Computer savvy and able to compile reports on a daily basis detailing their locations, movement, and contacts made.
- Must be able to back up your sales expertise with facts and figures.
- Must be able to talk about sales and marketing at a detailed level in order to feed the marketing team with the necessary information to support the sales process.
Skills:
- Powerpoint and Excel for data capturing, analytics, and Presentation.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly (Net)
- Transport Allowance: N20,000 monthly
