Job Description

Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, policies, and procedures.
- Learn and assist in various departments and functions within the organization to develop a broad knowledge base.
- Work closely with experienced managers and mentors to learn effective management techniques, problem-solving skills, and leadership strategies.
- Shadow and support managers in their day-to-day responsibilities, including decision-making, team management, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop a holistic understanding of company operations.
- Assist in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Learn to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Acquire strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Gain proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools to support business operations and decision-making processes.
- Actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to expand knowledge and skills.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Strong passion for business management and a desire to build a successful career in leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and interact with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and structured approach to decision-making.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 monthly.
