Job Description

  • We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Managers. As a Trainee Manager, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for future managerial roles within the company.

  • Participate in a structured training program to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Learn and assist in various departments and functions within the organization to develop a broad knowledge base.
  • Work closely with experienced managers and mentors to learn effective management techniques, problem-solving skills, and leadership strategies.
  • Shadow and support managers in their day-to-day responsibilities, including decision-making, team management, and project coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop a holistic understanding of company operations.
  • Assist in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Learn to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
  • Gain proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools to support business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to expand knowledge and skills.
  • Continuously seek learning and development opportunities to enhance managerial competencies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • Candidates with equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • Strong passion for business management and a desire to build a successful career in leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and interact with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and structured approach to decision-making.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and work in various departments and functions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to travel and relocate as required, depending on business needs.

N80,000 – N150,000 monthly.
