Job Title: Senior Coordinator, Digital Marketing

Mission Objective

  • The Communications Department provides strategic and creative services in communications critical to achieving the organization’s mission through fostering effective stakeholder engagement, building brand awareness, and promoting the organization’s key messages. Providing overall media support to EHA Clinics in scaling it’s mission.
  • As a Digital Marketing Specialist in our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital and offline marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, enhance our online presence, and engage with our target audience effectively.
  • Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of digital marketing and communications, including social media management, content creation,content writing, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities
Purpose:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, events, and educational content. Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to support outreach initiatives and events
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with organizational objectives and foster collaborative efforts.

Engagement:

  • Segment email lists and personalize messages for diverse target audiences.
  • Establish and manage social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to heighten brand awareness and engagement. Create and maintain content calendars, including posts, images, and videos. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social platforms.
  • Generate high-quality, healthcare-related content such as blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.

Delivery:

  • Regularly update and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Monitor website analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Optimize website content and structure to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics. Track and analyze key performance indicators related to digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of atleast 4 years in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Hands on experience of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy Experienced in corporate communications and digital marketing
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
