Job Title: Senior Consultant, SuccessFactors

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Dangote Group is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Senior Consultant for SuccessFactors. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors module for our organization.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and Succession Planning
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design and configure the system accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of projects, including system integrations and data migrations
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors modules, including investigating and resolving issues and providing guidance to end users
  • Conduct training sessions and documentation for end users to ensure proper utilization of the system
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation of SuccessFactors modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with system integrations and data migrations is a plus
  • SuccessFactors certification is highly desired
  • Knowledge of other HRIS systems is a plus
