Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and driven Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate services, including property sales, rentals, and property management.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, using the insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print materials, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Optimize the company website and online listings for search engine visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns to increase engagement, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Coordinate and organize open houses, property showcases, and networking events to attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, making recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate marketing or a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in driving lead generation and achieving marketing objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including an understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
