Description
The consultancy services will include the following Requirements:
- Assist in conducting research and analysis of sub – regional tools related to GBV and particularly sexual harassment in educational institutions and workplaces in the ECOWAS
- Assist in developingstandard procedure tools on sexual harassment in educational institutions and workplaces in the ECOWAS member states
- Perform any other task(s) that may be assigned by the supervisor
Duration of Assignment:
- The assignment is to be completed within five (5) days from the date of the official signing of the contract
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
A successful candidate should have the following expertise and experience:
- Have at least a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or any other related courses
- Certified experts who have proof of developing any regional tools
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in GBV related fields
- List any Regional tools in particularly reginal tools related to GBV that they have been developed
- Has experience developing tools in the field of the fight against gender-based violence and sexual harassment in primary, secondary and educational institution.
- Have a good knowledge of the realities of the context of the West African region, particularly on gender equality;
- Familiarity with the tools and methodology of social science research and analysis
- Have a good knowledge of computer tools: Microsoft Word, Power Point and any other relevant software.
