Job Title: Business Sales Manager

  • We are looking at hiring a resource that possess the ability to build and lead a team of salespeople to help drive revenue. Sales manager who has the capability to motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
  • He/She has the responsibility of ensuring the success of their company’s sales department. They set goals for their team and produce monthly forecasting reports to see how well they’re doing in achieving those targets and budgets based on what’s happening with revenue streams so that everything runs smoothly from month to month.
  • We are looking for a high-performing manager to help us meet our sales target and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive, sales growth and innovate.
  • Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to management.
