Fadac Resources and Services Limited – Our client is a luxury, health and wellness hospitality group specializing in the art of curating Wellness and Lifestyle Escapes at desirable destinations in the heart of Lagos.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the hotel business strategies then setting goals and determining action plans to meet those goals
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition
  • Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times

Job Requirements

  • Must be a BSc holder in any relevant field.
  • At least two years of experience in Spa & Wellness program development or related field.
  • Proficient in micro Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must possess all the qualities of a sales executive.
