How can you make a difference?

UNICEF Zimbabwe is seeking to hire an enthusiastic National Consultancy for Design of Fitted Kitchen, Warehouse Shelving and Shed for Walk-in-Cold Room at Central Vaccine Stores. To design and layout of the kitchen, walk-in-shed and warehouse shelving at the Central Vaccine Stores for the Ministry of Health and Child Care located in the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals Grounds.

UNICEF supported the construction of the EPI Dry Stores which was completed in 2023. In addition, the Dry Stores requires shelving to properly package and contain the supplies when they are in storage. The MoHCC has started to receive suppliers to organise supplies and provide ample space to store things in their appropriate place and allow warehouse operations to optimize their use of both vertical and horizontal space. They also protect the product and make inventory management and retrieval much simpler. UNICEF Zimbabwe has supported contraction of an EPI dry Stores adjacent to the central vaccine stores. The purpose on the dry stores is to house all accessories standing lease agreement. The MoHCC has procured a walk-in-cold room that will be installed in the open, hence the need to secure and protect the shed from direct sunlight. In the dry stores is a kitchen which requires fittings and electrical gadgets for use through fix and supply modality. It is against this background the Ministry has requested for UNICEF to support with the procurement process.
