Description
- Are you passionate about leading a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth operations of a packing plant? Look no further! Dangote Cement Plc is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Manager for our Packing Plant division.
- As the General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities in order to prevent disruptions to the packing plant operations. You will work closely with a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure that the packing plant equipment is operating efficiently and meeting pre-set targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Professional Certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 24 years relevant work experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
