Job Title: Business Development Manager (Cleaning & Facility Management)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time


  • We intend to hire a Business Development Manager in our Port Harcourt office who is expected to manage existing clients and bring in new customers for its professional and industrial cleaning business. and its facility management business

The job will also entail the following;

  • To develop and execute core business strategies and supervise assigned operations, facilitate new business developments from existing and new clients ensuring the company‚Äôs meets its sales and operational performance targets
  • Generating new leads and acquire new customers and achieve doubling of Draiklinas Sales Revenue within 6 months and supporting sales, marketing and business expansion activities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with all key client and prospect contacts.
  • Lead and ensure excellent customer relationships with existing and prospective key client contacts.
  • Lead, supervise and monitor operational activities on all contracts and locations


  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree  with at least 5 years experience.
  • Experience in a B-2-B Sales of services is required.
  • Experience in marketing in a facility management or cleaning company is preferred

N100,000 – N250,000 per Month and variable pay / sales commision component.
