Job Title: Air Condition Installer
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Install various types of air conditioning systems.
- Assemble and mount components, such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant lines.
- Ensure proper electrical connections and wiring for the system to function safely.
- Test and calibrate thermostats and other controls.
- Install ductwork and ventilation systems if necessary.
- Conduct system performance tests after repairs or maintenance.
- Adhere to industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keep inventory of tools and equipment used for installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment manuals, and parts used.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
- Relevant HVAC certification or license (if required by state or local regulations).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
