Summary of the position
Administrative Officer duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the center. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key relationships:
Psychiatrist, psychologist, PSS workers, MHPSS Center staff
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order Center supplies.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Ensure effective internal communications.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Distribute stationery, office equipment, Office posts, and laptops.
- Promote and model a positive, professional, and respectful office culture.
- Other assigned duties.
THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required.
- A university Degree is mandatory .
- A university Degree in Business administration, Economics, engineering, IT , or any related specifications is Desirable.
- Minimum one year experience as an Administrative Officer.
- Three years’ experience as an Administrative Officer or admin assistant is desirable.
Languages:
- Fluent written and spoken in Arabic.
- Upper-intermediate in the English language.
- Intermediate in Turkish language.

The contract’s duration is 6 months. The salary will be defined according to the SAMS Turkey Office salary scale .
