Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of public donor audit, your role will be to contribute to the management of public donor audits and the continuous improvement of the public donor audit process.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Ensure for ACF the response to public donor audits, in particular ECHO.
Organize the audit preparation and follow-up work for which it is responsible, according to the applicable tools, internal processes and audit reference terms.
Participate in meetings and working groups before and after the audit
Ensure the collection of documents and information necessary for the audit, in particular with the field but also the headquarters
Ensure the availability and consistency of the documents and information required for the audit: verification of the presentation of supporting documents and management of the flow of paper or electronic archives, in conjunction with the associated interlocutors.
To mediate between ACF and the auditors in connection with the coordinator of the donor audits
Alert the audit coordinator on the elements likely to constitute a risk (financial, compliance or other) in the future according to what is observed during audits and donor developments
Contribute to the evolution of the public donor audit process.
Contribute to the reflection on the lines of work and improvements in internal practices in relation to the departments/headquarters concerned.
Contribute to the development and updating of the methods, processes and tools related to audits.
Contribute to the feedback related to the annual capitalization of the external audit activity.

Profile :

You have a higher education in Finance, Management, Law or Audit.
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in NGOs on functions related to internal or external audit, with a good knowledge of the functioning of public donors (EU, US, US, etc, AFD, SIDA.).
You have at least one professional experience in connection with public funders.
Mastery of the project cycle is essential as well as knowledge/training on the techniques and/or stages of the audit.
Experience in the field and/or at the headquarters of an NGO in connection with donors is a plus.
Current English, both written and oral, is imperative.

Employment conditions

Status : Integrated Framework – 6-month full-time CSD
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: from 36K to 42euros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
