Mission :

Under the supervision of the Head of the Liberalities and Philanthropy division, you will have to develop ACF’s private resources with major donors through the deployment of the Liberality and Philanthropy strategy and action plan.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
To ensure the implementation and monitoring of the results of the Major Donors action plan.
Animate the relationship with major existing donors (Relational plan, Recognition program, meetings, events, correspondence, transmission of reports).
Prospect new major donors in line with the strategy and objectives of the action plan.
Provide support in the relational follow-up of major donors, in support of the activity of the collector of charities and philanthropy.
Ensure the relational follow-up testers proven, in support of the Head of the Pole Liberalities and Philanthropy and the Collector on the prospecting part of potential testers.
Ensure qualitative and quantitative monitoring of major donor activities.
Participate in the definition of the strategy of the Donors division and the development/optimization of new levers.
Participate in the preparation of the budget, under the supervision of the pole manager.
Assist in the organization of test events and major donors.

Profile :

You have graduated with a BAC +5 training type Sciences Po, Business School with a specialization in communication and/or in fundraising professions. You have experience in the charitable sector and/or in the communication professions. Experience with Action Against Hunger would be a plus. You know how to demonstrate technicality as well as risk control in the advice and products offered to customers. You know how to be diplomatic, and you know how to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. You are concerned about the confidentiality and discretion to be had in relation to accompanied persons. You know how to be tenacious and be comfortable with the solicitation of your different INTERlocutors.

Employment conditions

Status : Integrated Framework – Full-time CDI.
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
Remuneration: from 36K to 44euros gross annual over 13 months according to experience.
Advantages: 21 days of RTT.
Health coverage, pension : 80% coverage by ACF
Salary maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Transport Allowances : Support at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace.
Indemnities Tickets-restaurant (Lunch card Up): Support at 60% by the association for a value of 8eurosSocial works of the CSE (gift vouchers, refund cultural activities, etc.).
