Job Title: Welfare / Logistics Officer

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement welfare programs and initiatives to support the well-being of team members and project participants.
- Address and resolve any issues related to personnel welfare, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Coordinate health, safety, and wellness programs, including mental health support and team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for staff and stakeholders regarding welfare-related concerns and needs.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of the project, including the coordination of resources, equipment, and materials.
- Develop and manage logistics plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to fulfill logistical requirements.
- Manage inventory and procurement processes, ensuring that all logistical needs are met within budget and on schedule.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for project team members, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Develop and manage travel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Handle any travel-related issues or changes, providing support and solutions as needed.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements are efficiently organized to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
- Develop and implement protocol guidelines for project events, meetings, and engagements, ensuring adherence to formalities and standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and guests to manage invitations, RSVPs, and event arrangements.
- Oversee the execution of event protocols, including welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Provide support and guidance on etiquette and protocol for project-related interactions and engagements.
- Develop and manage budgets for welfare, logistics, travel, and protocol activities, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and within budgetary limits.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of welfare, logistics, travel, and protocol activities, using data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and updates on the status of welfare and logistical operations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all welfare, logistics, travel, and protocol activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices.
- Stay informed about best practices and industry standards to continuously enhance operations and service quality.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND qualifications with 3 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
