Job Title: Waitress / Supervisor
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Major Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Greet and serve customers professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
- Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
- Assist in stock control and inventory management.
- Support management in daily operational tasks.
- Manage orders, payments, and reservations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
