Job Summary
- We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitress to join our dynamic front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Present menus and explain menu items, including specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and service stations
- Set up tables with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- OND/BSc/HND in Hospitality, Catering, Sales, or related field is an added advantage
- 1-3 years of experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- A team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- N60,000 / month – You only work 15 days a month (alternate day schedule: 1 day on, 1 day off)
