Description

  • We are currently seeking dedicated and dependable Volunteers to be a part of our organization in the following field:
    • Grant Writing Assistant
    • Liaising Assistant (Government / Donor)
    • Reporting Assistant
    • Education Assistant
    • Livelihood Assistant
    • Finance Assistant
    • Nutrition Assistant
    • Protection Assistant (CP, GBV, and MHPSS)
    • Gender / AAP Assistant
    • Health Assistant
    • ICT Assistant
    • Administrative Assistant
    • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • In the role of a Volunteer, you will be responsible for executing various tasks pertinent to your assigned position, as well as any additional duties delegated by your supervisor.
  • It is essential that you adhere to the organization’s policies and guidelines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders.
  • As a valued member of our team, punctuality, compliance with instructions, and contributing to the enhancement of our organization’s operations are key expectations of your role.

Requirements
Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and PowerPoint, and good knowledge of information technology.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of local community structures and dynamics.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically.

Languages:

  • External applicants for all positions in the Volunteer category are required to be proficient in English and have at least a working knowledge of one additional Nigerian Language (Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba). For all applicants, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
