Responsibilities
Understanding the Mission and Values:
- Responsibility: Volunteers should have a clear understanding of the organization’s mission, vision, and values. This aligns your efforts with the organization’s goals.
- How: Attend orientation sessions or read up on the organization’s materials and policies.
Commitment to the Role:
- Responsibility: Volunteers must be reliable and honor their commitments, whether it’s attending a specific event, helping with administrative tasks, or engaging with the community.
- How: Be punctual, complete tasks on time, and communicate in case of any issues or delays.
Active Participation;
- Responsibility: Volunteers should engage actively with the work they are doing. This includes contributing ideas, offering support to team members, and taking initiative when necessary.
- How: Show enthusiasm and be open to new tasks, assisting wherever possible.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:
- Responsibility: Volunteers are often exposed to sensitive information. They must respect confidentiality and conduct themselves with professionalism.
- How :Adhere to the organization’s confidentiality policies, treat others with respect, and maintain a positive demeanor.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 3 years work experience.
