Job Title: Vice Principal (Female)
Location: Atosin-Idanre, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in the overall management and administration of the school.
- Oversee academic affairs, curriculum development, and assessment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff.
- Manage and supervise teaching staff, ensuring their professional development.
- Collaborate with other staff to promote student success.
- Represent the school in the community and build strong relationships.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- 6+ years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as a Vice Principal or in a similar leadership role.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within an international or British school setting
- Proven track record of improving academic achievement
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the British curriculum and its adaptation to the Nigerian context
- Fluency in English and a commitment to fostering a multicultural learning environment.
