Job Title: Vetting & Compliance Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary
- This role is key to ensuring that all employees, vendors, and contractors meet organizational and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough background checks and vetting for new hires, vendors, and contractors.
- Verify employment history, guarantor information, educational records, and reference checks.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies, labor laws, and security industry regulations.
- Draft and maintain compliance reports for management review.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in vetting, compliance, HR, or related administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent investigative, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
