Job Title: Utility Supervisor

Job Summary
- Our client seeks a skilled and experienced Utility Supervisor to oversee and manage utility systems and equipment operation and maintenance.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record in managing utility services and ensuring seamless operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain AHOs to ensure optimal performance and air quality standards.
- Manage bore wells and water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of air compressors, ensuring uninterrupted service and performance.
- Maintain chillers to ensure efficient cooling operations and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of vacuum absorption machines to ensure energy-efficient performance.
- Supervise plumbing activities, including installation, repairs, and routine maintenance of water and drainage systems.
- Operate and maintain boilers to ensure consistent steam supply and compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- B.Tech, B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in utility management within a plant or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, including AHOs, compressors, chillers, boilers, and WTP.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to utility operations.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting.
