We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Unit Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard a team of Financial Planners as per the corporate strategy.
  • Maintain the manpower staffing budget at all times by closely liaising with HRBP for Retail.
  • Manage and review the progress and targets of Financial Planners on a continuous basis.
  • Ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
  • Develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.
  • Support the training of Financial Planners by collaborating closely with the Training unit.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings, workshops, reading professional publications and establishing personal networks.
  • To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.
  • Conduct periodic performance appraisal for the Financial Planners.
  • Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers/clients and manage existing ones.
  • Drive the lead generation activity of each Financial Planners on your team.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • Must have 3-5 years in sales management
  • Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
