We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Unit Head
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the unit’s life insurance business.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, including compliance with the Nigerian Insurance Act and NAICOM guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to senior management.
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and underwriting departments to optimize product offerings and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years work experience.
Salary
N110,000 monthly.
