Mission :
Under the supervision of the Field Coordinator, your role will be to provide technical and strategic support to SSR interventions implemented in the context of the response to the Sudanese crisis, in the Ouaddai and Sila.
In particular, you strengthen the functional and organizational capacities of clinics in the field of sexual and reproductive health in the camps of the· refugees.
In this context, your missions will be :
Conduct a diagnosis on the implementation of SRH activities with a focus on the quality of services and the community component
Supervise and train ACF teams on sexual and reproductive health, based on the gaps identified during the initial diagnosis
Establish a mechanism to strengthen participation and community commitment in favor of the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents with CHILD in the context of the implementation of our activities
Participate in internal coordination and reporting

Profile :
You have a degree in Midwifery, and have at least 5 years of experience in SSR, including 3 years in NGO including training, coaching and supervision of technical teams in SSR.
You have experience in project management including needs identification, situation analysis, planning and implementation of SRH interventions, monitoring and evaluation.
You ideally have prior experience on the· refugee camps or on the DISPLACED· camps.
You are sensitive to the transversal themes of gender, protection and environment and are able to operationalize them.
You are ideally familiar with the workings of Action contre la Faim, the institutions and key partners.
You are autonomous, with a strong proactivity and ability to work under pressure.
You have a sense of organization, management of priorities and rigor.
You have excellent communication as well as relational fluency and an ability to work in a team.
You master English, both orally and in writing.
Employment conditions
Fixed-term contract of use under French law: 7 months until 30/04/2025
Gross monthly salary: from 2130 to 2475 euros depending on experience
Pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16% of gross monthly salary
Basic salary increase: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 767euros net, paid on the ground
Monthly context allowance: 150euros
Child allowance: 1500euros per year per child present in the country of origin (6000euros/year ceiling)
Transport and housing : Travel management and collective housing
Medical coverage : 100% of the coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
Salary maintenance devices (illness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR : 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; support of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break area, and 215euros of lump sum compensation by RnR
