Job Title: Training Manager

Job Summary
- As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that support employee development and organizational growth.
- This role focuses on talent development, knowledge management, and continuous learning across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps and determine training needs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and manage quarterly and annual training programs and plan and present all technical and supply-related training requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance and performance during training sessions and track and measure employee progress and training success.
- Develop and deliver engaging training courses and implement training KPIs and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs/workshops and proficiency in leading a full training cycle.
- Strong understanding of talent management and succession planning.
