Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our travel and hospitality company.
- The Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for frontline staff, sales teams, customer service representatives, and operational departments.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel and hospitality standards and a passion for employee development and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals and service standards.
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with knowledge of the company’s services, policies, and customer service expectations.
- Conduct ongoing training for existing staff on areas including: customer service, hospitality etiquette, destination knowledge, sales techniques, reservations systems (GDS/CRS), and complaint handling.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Create training manuals, handbooks, e-learning content, and visual aids to support diverse learning styles.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and hospitality best practices to enhance training content.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and deliver targeted workshops.
- Maintain detailed training records and provide regular reports to HR and management.
- Support compliance training such as health & safety, cultural sensitivity, and data protection.
Requirements
