Job Summary
- As part of our nationwide expansion, we are looking to hire experienced and result-driven Territory Sales Managers to oversee operations and drive sales in the following locations: Warri, Benin, Uyo, and Ikom.
- The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned region, developing and executing strategies to drive product availability, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in assigned territory.
- Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandising staff.
- Manage key distributor and retail accounts to ensure effective product distribution and visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide business decisions.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of field sales staff.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of territory management and distribution models.
- Must be familiar with the chosen location (Warri, Benin, Uyo, or Ikom) and its market terrain.
- Willingness to travel within and around the assigned territory.
