Job Overview

  • We are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Development Executive to join our sales team in Akure, Ondo State. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales and be capable of developing and executing strategies that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and territory growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new B2C customers (retailers, outlets, and end consumers).
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase retention and sales volume.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor territory performance and competitor activities.
  • Ensure proper visibility and placement of products across retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out promotional campaigns tailored to the Akuremarket.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on performance.
  • Provide insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and feedback to improve product offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in B2C sales or territory development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Ondo State, particularly Akure and its consumer dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Akure.

Benefits
Minimum N200,000 / month (negotiable based on experience).
