Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first contact to new and existing clients, interact with walk-in customers.
  • The Tele-Sales/Customer Service Representative will build strong relationships with these clients, provide product education support, and achieve sales targets by professionally promoting medical products to healthcare providers.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic relationship building, product demonstrations, and market analysis.
  • Achieve sales targets, provide top-notch customer service, and stay current on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical Equipment to healthcare professionals and facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep an updated customer database through records of calls and sales
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have by communicating with them to understand their requirements and and need
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings and provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growth.
  • Engage the various communities such as social media platforms, emails, direct messages, chats platforms among others in a professional and excellent manner.
  • You will be able to capture data by entering and storing work related data so as to analyse and create reports from data.
  • Also, participating in administrative support to help the organisation processes Seamless.
  • Must be able to manage customers and potential customers via Engagement across all our platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communication, Sales,Marketing, or related field
  • 3 years proven track record of success in Customerservice,, Tele-Sales or a related field.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and products preferred
  • Good knowledge of sales tools such as CRM software
  • Exceptional written English skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally, great interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • A dynamic personality with the capacity to take on a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft suits packages.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
