Summary
- We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support for our users, ensure smooth product adoption, and troubleshoot issues that could impact our beta testing and go-to-market success.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the first line of support for customers, resolving technical issues via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and escalate software or hardware-related problems to the engineering team when needed.
- Document recurring issues and work with Product/Tech teams to improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and guides to reduce support tickets.
- Track and report on key support KPIs (e.g., resolution time, ticket volume, customer satisfaction scores).
- Support onboarding of new users by providing technical walkthroughs and ensuring smooth setup.
- Assist in testing new product features during beta, providing structured feedback to engineering.
What We`re Looking For
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 7 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer-facing tech roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and network environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, or SaaS startups is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
