Job Description
- As a Technical Sales Representative, you will promote our premium vegetable seed portfolio while providing expert agronomic guidance to growers and farmers in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for vegetable crop seeds, including sweet peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, habaneros, and more.
- Provide technical agronomic support to customers throughout the growing cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.
- Conduct field demonstrations and product trials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Strong desire to learn and continuously develop technical expertise
- Good knowledge of vegetable crop production is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
