Job Summary
- As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier tech talent to support the company’s growth and innovation goals.
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing technical talent and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as Data Center Engineers.
- Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit, coordinating assessments and interviews, and partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Maintain and manage a talent pipeline using ATS and other recruitment tools, schedule and coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and support offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and progress updates to internal stakeholders and stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter, with at least 2 years focused on technical/IT roles.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical skillsets (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL, cloud platforms).
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Jira) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Salary
N600,000 – N800,000 monthly.
