Job Title: Technical Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Technical Analysis and Insights:
- Provide technical insights and analytical support to assist in decision
- Analyse data and present findings to the COO
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Meet with stakeholders on behalf of the COO
- Represent the COO in various forums and ensure effective communication.
Executive Support:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO. as the primary Of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, cyganize, and coordinate meetings for the COO.
- Record and distrü)ute minutes of meetings accurately and promptly.
Docurnent Management:
- Prepare, file. arxi maintain reports and Other administrative documents.
- Ensure all documentation is up-todateand easily accessible.
Schedule Management:
- Efficiently manage the COO’s calendar to maximize her productivity
- Prioritize and schedule appointments and
ComMunication:
- Manage on behalf of the COO
- Ensure timely arri effective communication within the organization,
Process Improvement:
- Opportunities for process improvements within the executive Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and
- Maintain confidentiality of all executive-level comrnunications and documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Additional management degree would be beneficial
Experience:
- 4-7 yrs working experience in relevant/similar position Or relevant technical experience
Knowledge:
- Knowledge in the usage of MS Office Suite is mandatory
- Advanced typing. note-taking. recordkeeping and organizational skills.
- Must have technical background
- Proficiency in Data and Business analytics.

- Ability to Frindle sensitive infcymation with discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with stakeholders.
