Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Summary
- We are looking for an innovative and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and audience attraction applications.
Responsibilties
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Use ATS and audience traction tools to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract diverse talent pools.
- Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with target audiences.
Requirements
- Bsc / HND in any related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience on the role
- Must have a background experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and digital marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling job descriptions and content
- Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.
