Job Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts.
- You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our company.
- You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, minimum of 15 years
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport with candidates.
