Description
- As a Talent Acquisition Officer at Dangote Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent to meet our growing business needs.
- You will collaborate with various departments to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process to build a talented workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking to source candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.
- Foster relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
