Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent across various levels and departments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
- Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to identify development opportunities.
- Implement employee engagement strategies, including onboarding programs, mentoring, and career path planning.
- Monitor the effectiveness of development initiatives through employee feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition / talent development
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and implementing employee development programs.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Professional Certificate in HR eg. CIPM.
