Description
- We are seeking skilled System Administrators with a focus on MS Endpoint, Power BI, Apache, and Kaspersky to join our team in Nigeria.
- This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our endpoint systems, business intelligence applications, web servers, and cybersecurity measures, ensuring seamless and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support MS Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) to administer service deployments, endpoint management, and configurations.
- Deploy and maintain Power BI solutions, ensuring data accessibility and integrity for decision-making processes.
- Configure and manage Apache servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Administer Kaspersky security solutions to safeguard the IT environment against threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor system performance and provide troubleshooting support for endpoint and server-related issues.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to endpoint security and data protection.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and training to users regarding application usage and security practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system administration with expertise in MS Endpoint, Power BI, Apache, and Kaspersky.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management best practices and data analytics.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Apache web servers and related technologies.
- Experience with deploying and managing Kaspersky antivirus and cybersecurity products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and users.
- Relevant certifications in endpoint management, cybersecurity, or data analytics are a plus.
