Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced swimming coach to join their dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and mentoring young athletes, fostering a positive and inclusive swimming environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive swimming training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to swimmers of all ages, from beginners to competitive athletes.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers during training sessions and competitions.
- Maintain a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
- Organize and participate in swimming competitions and events.
- Collaborate with school administration and staff to promote swimming programs and recruit new participants.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Certification in swimming coaching or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swimming techniques
