Job Title: Supervisor, CCC, Outbound
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the consultants to drive outbound sales activities in fulfilment to achieve sales targets and the strategic goals for customer acquisition.
- The Outbound supervisor will cater to our African China customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage our African China customers to entrench existing customers, onboard new customers and provide necessary support as may be required.
- Lead and supervise a team of outbound telesales consultants to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales conversions.
- Act as the first line of escalation for all related customer queries/complaints
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all telesales activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a First Degree
- Minimum of 2 years Operational and Customer Service experience, Result Oriented
- Proficiency in the use of English and Mandarin languages is are compulsory requirement.
