Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Ashi-Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the supermarket/Pharmacy including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage and supervise supermarket staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including merchandising and promotional activities.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in any related field of study
- 1-2years experience working in a supermarket or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.
Salary
N70,000 per month.
