Job Title: Supervisor

Summary
- We are looking for a Supervisor who is capable of managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring work activities are completed efficiently and in line with company standards.
- The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assign duties to team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Identify workflow or staff issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, output, and safety compliance.
- Report daily activities, challenges, and progress to management.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and discipline within the workforce.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Supervisory aor team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions.
- Good knowledge of safety and quality procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel).
- Must be organized, reliable, and result-oriented.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
