Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including checking documents, inspecting goods, and coordinating with users.

Key Responsibilities
- Check and verify documents such as seal papers and weighment slips.
- Inspect the condition of boxes and report any damages immediately, including providing images for documentation.
- Open boxes and coordinate with users to check contents.
- Report any shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock and supplies.
- Ensure that the store area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to notice even minor discrepancies in documentation and stock.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report issues effectively and coordinate with users.
