Job Title: Supermarket Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 2 – 5years of experience in retail store management or supermarket operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising techniques, and stock control.
- Experience in handling high foot traffic and managing a fast-paced retail environment.
