Job Title: Structural Engineer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee the construction of building structures.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proficiency in design software, and experience with structural modeling using ETABS and SAFE.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and create detailed construction drawings.
- Use ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and other tools for modeling and design.
- Evaluate site conditions and revise plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Inspect works and properties to ensure structural integrity.
- Provide expert advice on safe design practices.
- Obtain necessary building/planning approvals.
- Handle other assigned tasks
Requirements
- HND / B.Eng Degree in Structural, Civil, or Building Engineering.
- 6–10 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
- Professional certification in engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Project, ETABS & SAFE.
- Creative and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
