Job Summary
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and supply operations at our hospitality facility in Jabi, Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will ensure proper inventory control, storage, and distribution of items to support seamless operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all deliveries and incoming stock.
- Organize and store items in designated storage areas for easy access and accurate tracking.
- Issue materials and products to relevant departments as requested, maintaining accurate issuance records.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with records to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of low-stock or expired items.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and non-food items according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the storeroom at all times.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist in audit processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and kitchen staff to ensure stock aligns with demand and usage patterns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding stock management and reporting.
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Ability to lift moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
