Job Title: Store Keeper
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Store Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store’s appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, as required.
Qualifications
- SSCE.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic maths skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
