Job Summary
- We are hiring for our client, a detail-oriented and organized Store Officer to manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure efficient store operations.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Odoo software and a few years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement using Odoo software.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods.
- Issue materials as per requisitions while ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of goods to maintain order and efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and other departments for effective inventory control.
- Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and discrepancies.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards within the store.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2-4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using Odoo software for inventory management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and manage store operations efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for a physical Interview.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
